Welcome to XVIIA (accessible at xviia.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including the From X to A digital book, the XVIIA Structural X-Ray, and the Sovereign Audit.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. The Service
XVIIA provides personal development frameworks for structural pattern recognition designed for personal development and systems diagnosis. Our products include:
- From X to A — a digital book delivered via protected reader access
- Structural X-Ray — an automated structural scan using proprietary logic to identify behavioural and somatic patterns
- Sovereign Audit — a live 90-minute diagnostic session with Vasti Krügel (by invitation)
- Courses — structured methodology programmes (waitlist only at present)
2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice
XVIIA IS NOT A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE. All information, diagnostics, and reports are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.
Vasti Krügel is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or medical professional. The XVIIA method is a proprietary personal development framework, not a clinical or regulated service.
- The Structural X-Ray is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical therapy, please consult a licensed professional immediately.
- You engage with the XVIIA method and its findings at your own risk.
3. Payments and Currency
All payments are processed securely through PayFast, a registered South African payment service provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions (www.payfast.co.za).
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
- XVIIA does not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details. All payment data is handled exclusively by PayFast.
- Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
- From X to A (Book): Access is granted immediately upon successful payment via a secure magic link sent to your email. Access is tied to your email address and is non-transferable.
- Structural X-Ray: Your report is generated and delivered automatically following completion of the intake form and payment confirmation.
- Sovereign Audit: Upon purchase confirmation, Vasti Krügel will contact you directly at the email provided to schedule your session.
If you do not receive your access link or confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at contact@xviia.com.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our products:
- From X to A (Book): All sales are final once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Structural X-Ray: All sales are final once the diagnostic report has been generated or accessed.
- Sovereign Audit: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If XVIIA cancels, a full refund will be issued.
- Courses: Refund terms will be communicated at the point of enrolment.

6. Intellectual Property
The XVIIA Method, the "Four Laws," the "Structural X-Ray" framework, the "A-State / X-State / V-State" vocabulary, all written content, and all report outputs are the intellectual property of Vasti Krügel / XVIIA. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish any XVIIA content, frameworks, or report outputs without express written permission.
7. Data Privacy and Use
By completing a purchase or using the Structural X-Ray, you provide personal, somatic, and historical data.
- We use this data solely to generate your diagnostic report and deliver your purchased product.
- X-Ray intake responses are stored securely and may be reviewed by Vasti Krügel for quality and methodology purposes only.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- share, transfer, or resell access to any XVIIA digital product
- attempt to copy, screenshot, or reproduce the book content for distribution
- misuse the Structural X-Ray for purposes other than personal development
- reverse-engineer or replicate any XVIIA proprietary framework
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, XVIIA and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the application of the XVIIA method.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. International customers acknowledge that XVIIA operates under South African law and engage with our services on this basis.
